Piedmont Gymnastics League

The North Carolina PGL Program was created by gymnastics club owners who recognized a need for a competitive experience that is accessible, encouraging, and family-friendly. Our mission is to provide athletes with the opportunity to experience the excitement of competition while maintaining a healthy balance with school, family, and other activities.

We believe gymnastics is about more than medals and scores. It is a powerful tool for building confidence, resilience, discipline, and lifelong friendships. Through positive coaching, attainable goals, and supportive competition, we strive to empower every gymnast to discover what they are capable of—both in the gym and beyond.
